My dear Aie , Prof.Sunanda Shastri passed away on 15th October 2017. She was a wonderful and compassionate human being and a profound scholar of Sanskrit. I will be updating this post later with details of her life and work.

Please accept my condolences Yogeshwar, This is quite a shocking news to me. Time for you to be strong in this time of turbulence. I wish i had spend some time with her in Ahmedabad on my last visit, i saw her in the house but dint went inside to meet her. Will have this regret for the rest of my life..Take care of uncle

Since long I have been trying to contact Sunanda aunty. So many times I dialed her mobile number but got switched off. Just now I came to know regarding sudden demise of aunty on your blog thru internet. This is very shocking news. Please accept my condolences.
